Until recently, I thought Iran was pretty backwards when it came to information technology, but looking at the huge number of Persian blogs and the activity on tech mailing lists, it seems that they are further ahead and more progressive than a lot of nations.
Maybe some of the Pakistani Ministers should work on setting up their own blog.
